Nestlé has around 450 factories, operates in 86 countries, and employs around 328,000 people. It is one of the main shareholders of L'Oréal, the world's largest cosmetics company.

It's been making infant formula products since its earliest days when it was Farine Lactée Henri Nestlé, founded in 1866 by Henri Nestlé.

How does this relate to their practice of selling powdered baby formula, when it's now known that mom's milk is superior, to folk without clean water and with inadequate means of sterilizing it?
