the designation of "N"..... means that they are NOT insiders, but holders of restricted stock... "S" just stands for shareholder These are not sells by Officers or directors of the company. As someone said. 45,000 between 3 people is nothing and it can be expected that from time to time people will take some profit, just as we will at some point. c

Because this stock moved so fast from .70 to 2.50, that I think it attracted alot newer investors and short term players. Some of those sold today, I can't prove it because I don't have the numbers in front of me. That is my hunch. I have been looking at some other BBs lately, and I have not found 1 with as good of a fundamental picture. So IMO this is good long term play, nothing has changed. My general advice FWIW: buy stocks you really believe in or take profits and move on but don't sit and worry.
