Yep, I too see a Doctor shortage coming within the next five years. There's no incentive these days for a youngster to even think about entering the profession.

A shortage? There won't be any except the flood of incompetents that will be coming from Pakistan and India because they are going to water down the requirements to become a doctor and accept foreign degrees. Medical malpractice suits are going to go astronomical, and that is going into even higher costs and stuck into insurance premiums. Osambo has put the whole health care system in a death spiral.
