To All on this thread you'll be happy to hear that I received the following response to my e-mail inquiry of Sandisk Investor relations department: "Yes, the secondary offering is completed. Regards, Sharon Spehar" So at least we know that the sale of the secondary is not what is dragging the stock down at this point. Perhaps the Western Digital earnings announcement is affecting SNDK since Seagate (another hard drive manufacturer)is a major shareholder in SNDK. Mike G.
