Buying opportunity of a lifetime I will concede that the stock has acted poorly in recent weeks, but we must remember that tax-related selling often drives stocks down for no other fundamental reasons. Patience with this volatile stock should result in great reward over time. Are we traders or investors? I'll admit to having traded this stock several times, but now feel invigorated by what should be coming to implement a buy and hold strategy for at least 12 months. In a previous posting, someone asked about the reputation of Liviakis, the firm that handles the PR for USWDA, and who was also responsible for pulling them out of impending bankruptcy. I have cultivated a phone-relationship with Liviakis over the last year and feel them to be exceptional at pitching a good story. I have made good money for myself and others in ABTX and IFCI and of course USWDA. Their track record is, on average, better than most, in my opinion. The only non-performing stock has been KTN, which in its own right looks to be undervalued and poised to grow from here. To my knowledge, there is no pending litigation or rumor on the street that Liviakis is/are shady people. In fact, I have found them to be intelligent and informative, with just a touch of hype thrown in for excitement. Hype is difficult to control sometimes when you are dealing with a company like USWDA. In my opinion, their integrity should not be in question. Investors often seek scapegoats when stocks decline, rather than accept personal responsibility for their own lack of diligence or poor market timing. I agree that this conference call Thursday will be informative and stimulating for many who have never previously heard this story. I'd like to see USWDA obtain this rumored financing and obtain NASDAQ listing soon, which will be the ultimate form of legitimization for the company. I truly believe the next 4-6 months will be very exciting for this company and those patient enough to ride out near-term volatility unrelated to USWDA will be rewarded. When the stock is at 20, you will hardly care weather you bought in at 5 or 8. Happy investing Jason
