An idea if CNC has started or completed the 5 million buy back. All the corporate events hint at a large acquisition (buybacks, inside buying, earnings estimate OK for 98) but I just sense that CNC wants the stock higher before making acquisitions. But I think a few more larger acquisitions are what the stock needs to move it higher.

S&P just picked CNC as one of its top 10 stocks for 98. I sure wish we could see $50 and get some momentum.
