Wait a minute, that's wrong.

$125mm consolidated valuation. 34% to Ashtech is ~$42mm. Plus
$25mm cash gives us $67mm. So a 1:1 valuation-to-sales (albeit
inferred). Still not good, but a 50:50 split based on sales.

Rest of the logic is ok, but where did the $75mm valuation come from?

Will an SEC registration statement be filed or other public disclosure made with regard to this merger?

Separately, I am wondering, why Ashtech made a limited disclosure of June quarter numbers but not the third quarter numbers?
