$85 Keeps acting as support on pullbacks. However, I expect it will head below $85 next year as Brent prices eventually fall through $100. Yesterday was a freak show with oil prices bouncing back to $88.

Ironically, the debate on the fiscal cliff is doing more to restore trade balance for the US this year. Strong dollar has kept the dollar from falling apart. No doubt that stronger housing is helping the dollar too.
