Reducing the manufacturing cost is enough when they are facing a decline in demand? I mean not just DELL. The PC's in general.

Dell will see US, Euro Cos. who are his customers affected by asian, etc slowdown to result in Capital Equipment Spending Reductions, which includes PCs.
