Hey Al, let Romney say what he wants. He's irrelevant now.

Same with the Ohio secretary of state. They're probably sick of being a "battleground" state anyway.

It is strange to me that a liberal would not be cognizant of the challenge to basic freedoms posed by having such a large proportion of the electorate depending on taxpayers (that is, elected officials) for their survival.

Back in the day, before I grew up and understood the ways of the world, I was a liberal like you guys. But I understood that government was never to be trusted. Yet, today's left seems to think it is okay to have government officials paying off constituents, even though it clearly compromises the election process and therefore our freedom.

It isn't just you. Hell, look at liberals of the 60s like David Crosby and Graham Nash. These people have totally morphed from the precepts of classical liberalism to just supporting whoever can give away the most dough to voters.

It is very odd and difficult to understand.
