Since you mentioned INTC, how about CSCO? Also reasonably priced, and an absolutely monster balance sheet with around 45B in cash and investments... Last earnings were expected to be not great but Chambers surprised and gave decent forward guidance...

While the commentary focuses on the cycle nature of INTC's business, it doesn't address the secular trends that confront Intel. The valuation is tempting, but we have seen other corporate monoliths knocked down by the fast pace in the tech field. What I see is that INTC's playing field is getting increasing crowded with competitors.
