Have you run across any posts that itemize the expense reduction
associated with selling the banking part of SFNB ?

I was trying to form an estimate on what the revenues and
expenses might be given just the S1 sales/marketing.

Seems to me that the bulk of expenses has been eliminated via
the sale, and SFNB might be ready to move back up to mid-teens.
Just a feeling for now - looking for some hard figures to backup my
theory. If correct, the 7 5/8 price offers a good buying opportunity.
