"But what the heck are we, chopped liver?" That made me laugh. No of course not. I suppose my reasons are varied.... 1) This is a tight knit community. Everyone here knows I've been on the CLQ story forever. I sort of feel like a broken record continually triumphing its virtues. 2) I've got more sophisticated thoughts on all my punts. But to be honest besides the odd traditional long I've really adapted my style to be a scalp trader due to the current market environment. I'm not terribly proud of it but adapt or perish. It just feels somewhat two faced to compose a well thought out post full of due diligience/technical musings only to dump into a nasty tape the next day. I've really bought into the' tape' thing....the rest is just conversation. 3) Let's be honest....eyeballs wise SI has really cooled off. Red's thread has a few guys still kicking but the action/ideas on SI in general haven't been great on my two favorite threads. BTS and RTT..... I've moved my business over to TradingChief.com. Lots of traders looking for an edge with sharp pencils. Fits my style. I still know the SI ers I like to watch are just a huge gold rally away from ramping it up! :) Cheers and a great holiday to all the US friends. B
