Dusty and Ellen,The Sale of those shares is meaningless.In most case's of restricted shares it is usally for someone that has performed a service for the co.IE: an accounting firm or resource mngr's or Advertisment Etc.....A lot of smaller Co.s offer shares and they are restricted to the point that services are renderd .
