I got True Image 2013 (Boot Disc) working on my all USB 3 laptop. Tech support said get True Image 2013, so I did, got the ISO, made a boot DVD and the program now supports USB 3 100%. Their memo on 2010, 2011 and 2012 USB 3 support is false. It does not support a computer with only USB 3 ports. You have to get True Image 2013. Picked it up for 19 bucks on their site.

One thing they still did not fix is the drive lettering, when using the boot disc, take a look at this mixed up mess of hard drives and partitions. Glad I know what is what, because someone not familiar could back up the wrong drives or partitions.
