Point iis, I for one will still talk stocks with anyone who is interested.

Great, Kevin. But PLEASE don't stop talking indices! This is the only SI thread I've found that offers insightful discussion of index trading. I can't count the number of stock threads.

Argggggg. Those damn Dell puts.

I try not to think about that trade.

Hope you are doing well. I'm going to be starting a litigation in federal court in Newark soon. You need representation with your tickets? I can handle it at the same time I'm in NJ on the other case.

Kevin~I can't imagine that the index discussions would be driving folks away from the thread. The opposite is more likely.

However, I'm certain that people miss more of the way that you, and Lisa especially, used to actually breathe life into some of those equity trades like WFC and INTC. Those were exciting, and people could identify more easily than dealing with an index abstraction.

You've stood the test of time. Don't change a thing.

Rick

*** I must have lost over 40K on DELL this year! Anybody up for puts on DELL??? <<<g>>>> ***

Hey, Kevin, just to let you know, I tried to write a covered call on DELL today. I don't have a confirmation on my VMX, so my guess is that I did not get it even though I asked for the bid. Go Figure.

DELL had a nice run on Monday. I look for it to pullback a bit. Will trade in a narrow range until the money starts coming back to the Techs.

Just my humble opinion.

David
