Since the recent election I have been depressed, despondent, dismayed, disheartened, dejected, distressed, and in the dumps.

Mike's posts emphasize the maxim: To be forewarned is to be FOREARMED.

To dissuade Mike from posting is a distraction from the current and pressing reality that we find ourselves confronted with.

You can dance away the night but others have to maintain a vigil.

IMO we will see a continual rise in interest rates and sharp drop in the markets. It need not be catastrophic. Watch France for a display of how it plays out. California and Illinois will be early canaries as well.

How we react to the warnings will be key. Not sure if Ca or Il goes broke first.
