Not all bad at all! Lumia 920 is already out of the barn and as he has since stated, ther are several more than capable candidates for his position within Nokia,

NOK's 920 rocks according to all, and even without a few tweaks (daytime photo software and additional MSFT apps) will eat into market share of both AAPL and GOOG.Even without these tweaks it is perhaps the best smartphone currently available)

A little maturity and Lumia's product lineup just might take chunks of market share from its competitors.

Testimonial of recent Nokia 920 purchasers may well propel Lumia 920's market share upward much more rapidly than even Nokia/MSFT in their most optimistic forecasts have anticipated!

Imaging, camera and optics is one of the biggest advantages that Nokia has. At least he didn't go to CRAPple, so that's a positive. Hopefully they can find someone as capable to replace him. I hate to see the brain drain continue at Nokia.
