Keep in mind, disinformation flows when certain institutions and others are buying (or selling) oversold or overbought securities.

Bouncing along the NOK bottom, there was and still is, gloom-and-doom aplenty. Flowers grow better near the shithouse.

Why would it be otherwise?? As much as being defined by economics, the stock market is socially defined, and very much political. It's poker, not bowling. It's a game with winners at the expense of losers.

SI is a place where a small guy or gal can share information in a virtual coalition; but there are paid clever viral machinists infesting who are going to post contrary fear and greed over the web and here, too. Its a gig at a keyboard.

Ultimately, you have to have an effective BS detector and filters so you don't get manipulated into zigging when the overwhelming reality is it's time to zag.

Nobody shoots 100% in this game; but we can keep improving our shot selection and mechanics, so to speak. IMO NOK at $2.50/share was a moment of opportunity, the shot with the clock ticking to zero, to advance in the playoffs toward a championship.
