Yes, patient involvement is key. If the patient is uninvolved, the caregivers won't care either. I think the health pros love it when there are questions asked, challenges made, etc. They pay more attention to the involved patient and the result is probably better.

Don't know enough about Obamacare to know if patient involvement will be affected, but I doubt it.
