David - thanks for taking the time to respond. Clearly you are burdened (by default) by our collective breathing. Why you have been so elected is a mystery but "s-happens." Re: Where is Franco? You are not responsible at all. However, again by default, it would appear - at least to me - that you two guys are strong proponents and voices for CSMA on the thread. Therefore, perhaps erroneously, I've lumped you together. That said, it is "interesting" that his formerly voracious posting is suddenly absent. Creates food for thought...and I was hungry. So be it...Peter
