That's possible, but I don't think Apple has any patents on using a single finger swipe to control scrolling, which was the behavior that JF described as complicated in the Note in particular. Custom gestures for more complicated commands, I can understand, but I don't get why Samsung would feel the need to reinvent scrolling.
