One day, any day, the SEC is going to drop the other hammer on JBI. When that happens, people will scream:

"OH MY GOD! HOW DID THEY KNOW?"

JBII will either be dead on the Greys following an SEC suspension for fraud, or $0.005, by Dec 2012.

Penny stock fraudsters like Bordynuik often continue to commit all kinds of securities fraud after they've already been busted by the SEC.

It's almost a certainty that we'll see the SEC announce additional fraud charges against him and JBI any day now.

JBII now trading higher than every day since the SEC litigation release except for about 1 week in February 2012.

7 days in a row green.
