Buffet isn't volunteering to pay more taxes. If he wanted to, he could.

Hell no. Timmy Geitner says that the debt limit should go to infinity and that the Federal Reserve and others will be fully able to keep purchasing the debt. In fact I believe in Timmy so much that, why pay taxes at all because the very smart Timmy says there are no negative consequences to unlimited debt and lending by the Federal Reserve, so I think there should be no taxes at all and Timmy and the Bernanke can work together to just make the money appear.
