Okay, here's what we have... each buy signal price is set only for that day, these requisite signal prices could move higher or lower each day, it's not a trend line or a descending line of any sort... yesterday's market action has absolutely no influence on today's market action...

The rule is whenever a buy signal is rejected, whether it's a first, second, third buy signal, or whatever, the model returns to the short position... this would also occur if the initial buy signal was rejected... and actually, this has happened only a few times in the past three years that a second signal was rejected... in each case, the model identifies this signal rejection as an immediate reverse in trend...

A rejection of a buy or sell signal is an extremely important event to recognize, it immediately reverses the model's market position... the model went long with a close above 1383.90 on 11/20, but as of today it automatically reverses to a short position at 1399.00 because of the rejection and/or non confirmation of this buy signal...

FOR WEDNESDAY, A CLOSE ABOVE 1401.90 WOULD CONFIRM A NEW MAIN MODEL BUY SIGNAL...

THE MODEL IS NOW OFFICIALLY SHORT TODAY FROM 1399.00 ON A REJECTED BUY SIGNAL TODAY...

THE NT (Near Term) INDICATOR HAS CONFIRMED A NEW SELL SIGNAL TODAY...
