Steve - If we hold and TI doesn't get the shares they need they will up-the-ante. We don't have much to loose by waiting and holding. Even though I'm a CPA, I love small stocks in high growth areas. With Silicon Investor the small investor has a chance and probably a better chance than some of the bigger players. :) BellBoy
