Whoops. I didn't calculate the JV deal into this. I would have got a C- on my algebra exam.

So $30,000,000 profit for the mine, approximate a time frame of 2 years.

JV takes $15,000,000 after exercising all warrants. Company earns $15,000,000 additional revenue for these 2 years. 7.5 a year.

company makes $15,000,000 a year/ 60,000,000 shares=

25 cents (average for the 2 years) x 15 multipe= $3.75 in 2 yrs.

I'll take it. Use the 15 million to break into a couple more mines, and grow from there.

Appreciate responses.

Ryan, Good shot at cobbling figures together, some look reasonable, some not, considering the company you keep I choose not to comment.
Let your buddy give some figures first and good luck with any TA.

BTW Ryan, I am not a gold miner, but I have been in mines and I now quite a few coal miners. Have you ever been in a mine. Do you really know any miners? It takes a certain kind of courage to go into the heart of the earth and bring up its treasures. I really think that the kind of comment that you made:
*They have a bunch of guys with no teeth digging into the ground. Now
from what I have read they are experienced guys who enjoy howling at the full moon and singing show tunes as they work.*
while maybe just an attempt to be funny, just shows your ignorance.
I seriously doubt whether you or your buddy have any experience with this kind of work or the kind of men and women it takes to do this work.
In my book a cheap shot. Oh, and by the way, from the miners I have been around, I'll bet generously that neither you nor your buddy would have the guts to say anything like this to their face.
