John, Here is the reply I received from TASA re a monthly payment option, etc. ---- WOW! Things are so thrilling around here. The new BookMatch program (www.bookmatchonline.com) is generating a lot of excitement. Interested parents and kids are coming to see what all the commotion is about. And they like what they see. Of course in my haste to get started, I may have made a couple of errors that I will be attending to right away. I appreciate your pointing them out-proof positive of the power of reading. Also your concern about the price is not taken lightly. I want all kids to read and love it all of the time. Even with such an altruistic goal, I need to pay for all sorts of things, including the rewards, the reading assessment, and book quizzes. The reading assessment alone is worth almost the entire cost of the subscription. A monthly subscription is just not practical. Thanks again for your comments.
