I've already search the net for support boards, there are several of them, the exact same problem is mentioned on all of them but not one single remedy is offered...

One person on those boards said they phoned customer service and they gave him a run around asking stupid questions such as asking if the battery was charged or if they realize the screen goes blank after 15 seconds... they were no help and refused to address the real problem, sort of denial...

I think what I'm going to do if I'm unable to find the true cause is to see if it happens again and then return it for a full refund within the allotted time, I have 30 days, it has only been 10 days, so I can still use it and see if it happens again... since the same issue is mentioned numerous times on those boards, I have to suspect the problem is with the manufacturing of the device...

Also, I know for sure the cache was not at all anywhere near full, but just to test the cache issue, if the cache were completely and 100% full would that randomly shut down the tablet and/or cause this kind of problem? TIA

P.S. It did not just go to sleep, the power was completely off and I was unable to turn it back on... it was completely dead... I tried several times last night and it never turned back on...
