The Court has reviewed the parties' respective status reports. Dkt. 95, 96.Plaintiff informs the Court of the status of his financial obligations, in which he states he is no longer required to pay spousal support in the amount of $1,000. Defendant intends to make monthly payments of $1,000 to Defendant and has made two payments thus far in November 2012 and January 2013.Plaintiff is hopeful that the house in France will sell, which he estimates to receive approximately $500,000 as his portion, excluding taxes. Defense counsel addresses the Court and contends that the shares of stock have considerable value. Plaintiff believes the current value is $0.006 per share and hecurrently owns approximately ten million shares. Defendant intends to go forward with a civil contempt proceeding. The Court sets an Order to ShowCause Hearing regarding civil contempt for April 1, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. The Court directs defense counsel to file timely the appropriate application.
