Shooting out the rescue vehicles tires on the way back to the annex ... was that part of the 'first' attack on the embassy or the 'second' attack on the CIA annex? It can't be part of the 'first' attack because you're claiming that only lasted 30 minutes and it took the CIA people 24 minutes to even leave their annex. And it can't be part of the 'second' attack' because that attack was just a few mortars one of which 'got lucky.' Maybe they need to claim their were 3 totally unrelated attacks.
