<<"A group of men met at the Council of Nicea and decided what to include in the Bible and what to censor."

Did they now? You won't be able to back that statement up>>

Don’t be a jackass! It is not my statement. I do not go through every article I post from someone to issue an evaluation and report on every single sentence--LOL! The issue was not about biblical canon and all the myriad times and events that changed it over 2,000 years. It was about the fact that many people believe Jesus was either sexually deviant or Gay. Actually, the deviancy aspect is certainly not in dispute anywhere.

As to your little red herring plucked out of the article: The Council of Nicaea is one of the few meetings where the canon was probably not changed; Rather, interpretation and heresy was codified. The Arian controversy over the nature of the Father and the Son had to be resolved. So they embraced the idea that the son was one in being with the father! Who needs logic when you have a BIG BIG Business to run!! As to the actual books:

Forty years later, major changes were made in that several of Augustine’s books were excluded as well as Revelation, but Baruch and Jeremiah were in. Thirty years later, Augustine’s books were back in as well as Revelations--but Lamentations bit the dust. And on and on and on. LOL!

It has been 2,000 years of absurdity and fighting. Now we have several distinct canons to represent the survivors of all this nonsense. And (of course) we have new canon being introduced by such Christian sects as the Mormons! It is all a pathetic joke!

You are such an IDIOT not to comprehend how transparent all this nonsense is! To be one of the infantile mentalities who cannot think through these absurdities really reveals what a simpleton you are!

I am sorry, you are not likely to see certain books in any translations any time soon! Books such as:

Thomas, Jade, the Gospel of the Hebrews, of the Egyptians, of Perfection, of Judas, of Thaddeus, of the Infancy, of the Preaching of Peter, of the Shepherd of Hermas, the Epistle of Barnabas, the Pastor of Hermas, the Revelation of Peter, the Revelation of Paul, the Epistle of Clement, the Epistle of Ignatius, the Gospel of Mary, the Gospel of Nicodemus and of Marcion, etc. etc. etc.
