I think you are confusing Crony Capitalism with Capitalism. Crony Capitalism is similar to Feudalism. But Capitalism is very different than Crony Capitalism. Capitalism is to Crony Capitalism what US Democracy is to Russian Democracy. They both have the same infrastructure and processes, but Crony Capitalism and Russian Capitalism is utterly corrupt. The is the challenge we face today. US Capitalism has been corrupted towards Cronyism and the Socialists are using it as an opportunity to move us away from Capitalism to Socialism. That's tragic.
