What difference does it make to the discussion whether the CEO was there or not? Do you have any input on what he has said there about the company's situation?

The fact is that the CFO and others are in San Diego at the DMG conference, along with their ounterparts from other firms, to present their story, including current outlook, to very inflneuntial investment analysts and institutional fund managers. The other thing we know is that Quantum has plundged another 10%.

If Quantum was expressing confidence in New York and San Diego, wouldn't it be likely that the institutions would be snapping it up since it looks so cheap now?

So maybe the CEO is in New York with one purpose being to meet with the investment community there. What is he doing there?

I am being hurt by the slide in Quantum stock but want to know what is going on and not hide behind wishful thinking that because the comapny has issued no statemetns that there is nothing to say or that they, naively, will not discuss "pertinent issues" with the investment community.
