<This Qntm selling is getting ridiculous! It was a WDC announcemt. Buy when there's blood in the streets!>

that's true...unfortunately it's also true that he who panics first panics best...don't fight the tape....the market knows....etc. etc. etc. Sorry to say I'm out. I will be back though as I continue to feel QNTM is the class of the storage sector. But this meltdown has to bottom first before I'll touch another DD stock

Good luck all

John

Well I covered my AMZN short and bought 1000 more shares at 24 3/8. There had better be news tonight or tommorrow. Either that or QNTM will be getting some phone calls from one angry shareholder.

This stock has gone down by something like 15% in one day. Mgmt acted before so I have some faith. If there really is news behind this and the institutions knew before the private investors, then I make it one of my life missions to publicize this and get legislature enacted.

We'll know whether this is just panic or insider-knowledge selling by tommorrow.

They probably would not tell anyone of a press release but could very naturally tell that there needs to be one. I have met with company CEOs and CFOs in the past and have been given "very good indications" of the direction of where things were headed before any announcement came out. Management doesn't have to draw it out on a napkin for analysts to get the picture. Analysts and institutional fund managers get more information than is commonly available.
