Over and over again it has been shown that there is a miniscule amount of actual voter fraud . However, it seems the GOP works overtime to deny people the vote and to gerrymander states like Texas so that votes of the hispanic population and the black population are less powerful. I am talking about millions of potential voters and actual voters, millions . In texas the gerrymandering done in 2010 probably gained the GOP 7 congressional districts. They did the same in North Carolina and Ohio. In states which assigned non-partisan redistricting , such as Florida, Arizona and California , the Dems actually gained a few House seats this year. There were over a million more dem votes in all the house races but the house is still GOP controlled. there was one DEM case of gerrymandering Illinois and the dems gained there slightly.
