Taking into account today's price for TLAB at $3.35, the company has $3.11 in cash according to my investment website. Assuming the stock falls exactly $1 on the ex-div date, the company will be selling for $2.35 with $2.11 in cash but if you factor out the short term debt they actually have around $1.70 in cash.

So their entire operation is selling for roughly $0.65/share. This is a company that is moving away from legacy products, so there is a question about their future. They are trading at roughly a price to sales of 0.25, if you remove the cash from the equation.

Expectations currently show analysts expect them to generate earnings by the 3rd quarter of next year, something they have not done since the 3rd quarter of 2010.

It will be interesting to watch the progress, as the stock appears to be pricing in much worse than both the analysts and the company are forecasting.
