Yes, glad to see we are making progress & you finally repeating here all of my posts on just how common these events are , stages matter takes to combine in myriad ways into more complexity . The world just doesn't sit still & how logical such staged processess are on planets such as this , not too hot & not too cold going thru changes over epochs of time ,your mind cannot even begin to comprehend even a tiny fraction of.

Earth, Air,fire/cold & running Waters? Yes, i believe there was some mention of waters in the firmament, how many times have waves washed up on all the beaches of the world stirring up the sands right now as i write this in all the shallows of the earth? Literally millions of lightning bursts have happened somewhere on this planet in the time i've taken to write this as well as a steady stream of photons of light & other particles raining down steadily. Yes, then you just add "Light" in the beginning but thats abundant too, a star is born every second somehwhere but was an ever constant source of new energy into the sysytems that were changing at enormous rates in the early stages. (and a lunar body to add to the stirring the mix)

The whining that all this couldn't have happened is so rediculous given every moment of existence is nothing but constant change and nothing was "finished" in the "beginning" at all. Glad your starting to see it finally and that God you may think exists "out there" is contained in a walnut sized part of your brain surrounded by accompanying layers of that organ tied into the senses & nervous system that developed over aeons in stages as well.

You see we really did drop out of the trees at one point & lose our tails walking upright , then things really start to develope rapidly with more varied diets, addition of animal protein, competition with other animals , discovery of stone tools , new strategies of communication & cooperation, with use of fire really adding to the experience .

You're finally catching on, good for you but you still don't grasp even the tiniest fraction of how very VERY OLD all this is , that's your elementary problem but little baby steps , one at a time.

Occupation/Title: Retired Anti-Poverty Activist in the Solar Energy Industry (you see, oil/gas/coal are merely concentrated solar energy. Concentrated by NATURE (Gaia herself, if you will), btw they're also organic. What could be better than naturally concentrated, organic solar energy?)

That is from your own Bio & so well written, so you are a bit of a Shinto/ Taoist /Buddhist at heart after all ? Good for you & a Gaia/Nature lover as well ! ;o)

Yet here you sit at keypad day after day the frustrated Pagan @Heart , continuing to argue so contentiously over words with vague temporary meanings & so spuriously here instead of remaining focussed on what is the truest breadth, length, and depth, and height of things , which all starts in the human brain you know and the Laws of Nature that are so continuously immutable & eternal.

Even Love , like Life the Great Experience itself has a cause , it goes back & developes after long long time, but Life arises in Nature and we'll discover we are not alone, this is far older than anyone can ever begin to imagine.

And if you don't love & cherish "Life" then what have you?

"Why should it? Those would be species the earth and the waters were commanded to bring forth"

YES! On the fifth and sixth days! Man was created on the sixth day (in one account) before the morning of the next day (uhhh...that would be the resting DAY!). What did man eat? I suspect it was more than bacteria!

Goddy did not say bring forth man, dear earth! Goddy created man between morning and evening...just before he rested on the Sabbath--that DAY when he had his people execute a man who gathered some sticks for firewood. Yes yes yes...it is all recorded in the Holy Word!

See, all you have to do is read.
