Rob/// I think you are exactly right, no bank is going to give 75 million dollars away without FIRM CONTRACTS in place or if they do, I want to know there address so I can get some. The money may be secured with stipulations and advanced in stages as contracts are submitted to them. My opion is this//// they already have contracts in place or they will have to get them BEFORE they get the money. SR said all 5 billion tons are spoken for already. Don"t understand the low shareprice
