Those experts were just ahead of their time. Give it a few more years and the world will be flat. Few more parking lots for retail centers, few more mountain top removal style mining projects, etc. Just flatten it all out and pave it.

And once apon a time experts thought that if you decreased tax rates... somehow revenues would INCREASE, no matter WHAT the level. I don't know why this damn i pad is so expensive... clearly if they cut the price to zero their stock would hit infinity! LOL
