Actually you won't have to submitt anything because its not gonna happen. If employers didn't hire illegals... Then everything would be perfect!

California Law Prohibits E-Verify Requirement

California: The Employment Acceleration Act of 2011 (A.B. 1236), which took effect January 1, 2012, prohibits state and local governments in California from requiring an employer to use E-Verify to verify the work eligibility of newly hired employees except when required by federal law or as a condition of receiving federal funds. Specifically, employers cannot be required to use E-Verify as a condition of receiving a state or local government contract, as a condition of applying for or maintaining a business license, or as a penalty for violation of other laws.

Let's look at the I-9.

They only need to produce a "drivers license" and a SSN Card.

Both easily available in the "Black Market" as falsified documents.

Let's see, they have already committed a felony by entering the country illegally, and you don't think they have access to falsified documents, or would submit them? This is the "old white guy Republicans issue?"

So you're OK with illegals who are disconnected from their homeland and just keep their money?

Sure, Pay your taxes and spend it here, and pay Sales Taxes when you buy a product or service, instead of just watching it evaporate from the economy without making sure that the taxes have been paid which are required by law?

Look, if they want to put the money in a bank account, where it can be traced and taxes applied. Then there is no wire transfer tax burden.

Do you believe "some people" should be able to avoid paying the tax obligation they are required to pay?

You make an interesting point and try and extrapolate it into something it isn't and never will be.

Again, simply your opinion..

InFACT you take away the cash economy and my ability to deal in cash and avoid banksters if I wish..

Exactly my point. The liberals/illegals want to operate in a "Cash Economy" to avoid paying taxes, and then want to tax the rich. Maybe those operating in the cash economy should just pay their taxes due?

Hard to believe that an "American" would be AGAINST making sure that taxes have been paid on money exiting our country.

These are the same "Americans" that want to increase the tax burden on those that pay their taxes.
