Put yourself in Its shoes, it's not hard to do. Make no mistake, you are a soul collector. Mankind is almost too easy for you to influence so since they're that stupid why not incorporate some insider jokes ( talking donkey ) and essentially see how much you can get away with while all the time demanding obedience. In other words, exactly how stupid are these lab rats? Well, let's find out. "Make 'em walk through the desert for 40 years." Hey that wasn't bad. Next... I certainly hope the folks that pray to that thing don't get what their hoping for in the end. If so the the Universe can be a far more cruel place than I've ever imagined.
