I suspect that is the sane thing to do. That is also how you get to be a Saint. You simply refuse to accept new facts ......... your toes are burning at the stake? Say no. Now your shorts are on fire? Say no. Three hundred years later ..... some plump Pope will gorge on linguini and goose and canonize you after he burps. People will remember you forever and shuffle around with pictures of you standing in burning shorts. In the end the whole world is a market.
