TORONTO, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - WARP 10 TECHNOLOGIES INC. (NASDAQ: WARPF), (CDN: WARP) today announced results for the fourth quarter and year ended July 31,1997. First quarter ends Oct 31 so I would expect them to report Dec or Jan.

I received the current annual report/proxy statement today. Shareholders are being asked to approve a repricing of options for all employees, which includes senior management. The repricing request is for an exercise price of $1. If the request excluded senior management, I could probably agree. Otherwise, I think the deal stinks.
