the volume was only 52,000 shares. What must be happening is that all buying has dried up completely. There is always selling, because somebody always needs the cash for some reason or other.

So the market makers can lower the bid as much as they want if there are no new buyers stepping up to the plate.

Henry, the units sale was to institutions only and I don't think it was behind our backs. The minimum investment was at least $100k and as you can imagine it is much cheaper to raise money from several large institutions than thousands of investors. (Too much paperwork).

The price lid on JMAR could be caused temporarily by the units sale. It is my understanding that the units sale should be over by mid-december. (One impediment removed).

The other lid is the warrants. When they expire or get excercised in Feb, that will be another impediment removed.

Thirdly, I have noticed that JMAR's stock seems to get pushed down on low volume by market makers several days before a major good press release. If it holds true to form, perhaps we will see this.

I agree with you that JMAR should give us more of a peek into its treasure chest of technology. The upshot is that when they do, it probably will already be fully developed and ready to go as a product.

Unbelievably cheap prices today for a stock with so much technology and prospects for 1998. But I have seen this undervaluation before, and it has jumped back up like a rubber band in the past. No reason to see it do anything else.
