JDN:

In this kind of market any news on the down side (for as small or large as they might be) hit stocks very hard.

I personally think that given that land infrastructure is still expensive overseas (particularly in Asia) companies in the wireless sector stand to gain a lot from the innevitable expansion.

I'm also counting on the IMF and private loan packages given to the contries in crises. Some of this money will be used as direct capital investments for key economic sectors, among which one they cannot do without: telecommnunications.

One way bail-out packages are defined is by identifying those key sectors in the economy which need overhualing, and then assigning specific companies to service those sectors. Many of these comapanies are from the countries servicing the loans. This way the monies are channelled back to the countries from where the loans come from.

In the mean time people have to digest the impact and give it time. I might be wrong, but companies globally established like Ericcsson don't just disapear out of the face of the earth just because a couple of analysts down grade it.

Good luck for all of us.
