Very excellent point and great question... there are lots of things out there that could be the trigger point for a decline... but then also, we have to remember that these markets are so overly manipulated that as soon as the FED sees these markets ready to collapse, they begin to deploy their plunge protection team... even gold could turn higher from here after the nice sell off overnight... that market is ever so close to setting off a major sell signal... if this market turns up from here, then this could be a significant low for the gold market...

If gold closes higher today after being so beaten down overnight, then I'll take new long positions in that market this afternoon, if not sooner... this could also mean that stocks may also turn up then too... who knows...
