"who doesn't want Medicare and want someone else to pay for it?"

All of us who have been paying for it for about 40 years, and who are still paying for it. I think I'm paying over $100/month for Part B, and $25 for Part D. It's taken out before I get my SS check. In fact, during my working life, I may have paid into MC for more years than SS, since there were a number of years where I was on the federal retirement system instead of SS.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced that the standard 2013 Medicare Part B (Medical) premium will be $104.90 per month. Some people pay a higher premium.
