I don't think so. When NBER analyzes 2012 to determine if we had a recession, I think there is an better than 80% chance they declare there was one. If we have been in recession in Q3 or Q4, then NBER will make it official sometime in late 2013 or 2014. So we have another year or more to go to see whether we were/are in recession or not. I think, as does ECRI, that we are in one now and have been for a few months. When NBER weighs in on 2012. I will come back to you and RW and say I was right or wrong. If I was right, then I'm going to expect you to acknowledge that, since you and RW have been so vociferous in telling me I was wrong, even though the official body has not weighed in yet. :)

We did not have a recession in 2012. No way, no how. Try to let go of this obsession of yours........and accept that ECRI was wrong.
