P., I'm glad someone mentioned the tax loss selling. I think it's today, not in the future. I think there was much panic that the loss would be even greater if they wait. It's not often that a stock doesn't go down twice when a miss is preannounced - once on the preannouncement, then even more on the announcement. I'm betting that this was severly overdone now, and if management can point out the worst is over when they present earnings, it'll go up on announcement day not down again. If I'm wrong then, I'll treat it as a good averaging opp. I'm of the opinion that the majority of tax loss selling was done today in a panic that there's not enough time by year end to pick it up. I think it will be back up on word it's: 1) overdone, 2)DEC purchase was at bargain rates and recouped in 1st year, 3) closer detail to the press release that mentions one reason for the shortfall was "governmental delay", not cancelation.

regards,
Tom
